I'm a certified sports nutritionist. I'll do my best to make choosing to eat healthy foods as simple as possible. Diet can be the hardest and most complex part of making better choices, together we'll find the plan that suits your comfort & gets you the results you want.
I'm a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blackbelt & have experience fighting MMA. I've done this sport for over 15 years. If you're looking for boxing or self-defense tactics I can hold focus mitts and teach you boxing basics from beginner to expert level.

For those that don't need the 1 on 1 attention but want to take their fitness to another level. I can create a personal workout program from anywhere in the world & make sure you reach your fitness goals by training in the gym or even at home!
My training philosophy is simple and the workouts are complex! I will work you out from head to toe, front to back, left to right and everywhere in between. I incorporate functional training with traditional weight training. I throw in some good old fashioned bodybuilding techniques, then toss that around with some athletic based performance training. Every individuals workout is different and I make the intensity difficult but not impossible.

I grew up in Sun Valley, Idaho playing all types of sports from soccer to baseball, snowboarding to skateboarding and everything in between. It wasn't until I moved to Hawaii in 2005 where I really began to develop a relationship with physical fitness. While living in Hawaii I had the opportunity to train with UFC fighter BJ Penn at his academy learning boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu . I learned what it takes to train at the top level and what sacrifices people take to achieve optimal fitness.
After graduating from the University of Hawaii, with a degree in Business Administration in 2009, I moved back to Idaho to finish my degree in Exercise Science at Boise State. My first experience as a personal trainer was at the campus recreation center at Boise State. I had the opportunity to learn and gain experience as a trainer and develop my skills for a variety of fitness levels. I pride myself on being able to train people from all walks of life, from the professional competitor to the person who hasn't been off the couch in years.
With guidance from Chase, I am now secure in my new path to be stronger and healthier. Chase is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes the workouts the perfect mixture between challenging and encouraging. He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. He motivates me to push past my limits to get results.
As I began to age, the weight slowly began to add on. My regular exercise program was no longer enough. Chase helped me get out of my rut and pushed my limits in the gym. His personalized meal plans were easy to follow and still tasted great. In six weeks chase got me back to my fighting weight! Like everything in life, sometimes you need to call in the experts. I couldn't have done it without his expertise and coaching.
Chase was just what I needed! He was encouraging, he always said "I will help you", when I felt that I couldn't push myself any further. He always made sure that my form was correct to avoid any injury. I was able to lose 10 pounds over six weeks, while changing my eating habits. I can run faster, bike faster, and I look good doing it!
