Gloves & hand wraps are all you need. If you don't have your own, No Problem! I can lend you mine for the day. We use focus mitts to practice. Learn proper punch technique, footwork, head movement, and drills to better your boxing skills.
You'll be doing most of the punching. You can hit & not worry about getting hit back. Get a fantastic workout without the possibility of getting hit in the head.
