I grew up in Sun Valley, Idaho — always moving, always competing. Soccer, baseball, snowboarding, skateboarding. It wasn't until I moved to Hawaii in 2005 that fitness became something deeper than sport. I had the rare opportunity to train at BJ Penn's academy, learning boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu alongside UFC fighters. That experience showed me what it takes to train at the top level — and what it means to truly commit.

After earning my degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii, I moved back to Idaho to finish my Exercise Science degree at Boise State — and never looked back. Over 15 years later, I've built my career around one belief: everyone has the potential to be healthy and fit, regardless of age, ability, or experience.

Chase Tomseth — Training Philosophy & Story
"Fitness is not about being better than someone else.
It's about being better than you used to be."

My philosophy is simple — the workouts are complex. I work you from head to toe, front to back, left to right, and everywhere in between. I incorporate functional training with traditional weight training, throw in some good old-fashioned bodybuilding techniques, then tie it all together with athletic performance work.

Every individual's workout is different. I make the intensity difficult — but never impossible. My mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals through safe, effective, and enjoyable workouts. I believe fitness should be fun and rewarding, not a chore.

I pride myself on being able to train people from all walks of life — from the professional competitor to the person who hasn't been off the couch in years. You belong here.
